Claire & Pete: Sheffield Wood Lane Countryside Centre Wedding

When I turned up in the morning to shoot this wedding, I couldn't believe my eyes. Every single corner I walked around revealed more and more beautiful details and it was clear that Claire & Pete's wedding had been a real labour of love, contributed to by many friends and family members alike. I believe that they even had the flowers grown by their friends too!

The Wood Lane Countryside Centre was the perfect setting to host their achingly beautiful wedding, and it even featured a tipi in the back garden for guests to chill out in during the reception. Fantastic.

The opportunity to photograph this wonderful wedding came through Elly Lucas of E.L. Hitched, an incredibly talented wedding photographer from Sheffield. We've been friends for years, and shooting a wedding together was a dream come true - fantastic amounts of fun. Thank you Elly, it was a great day and the opportunity is very much appreciated xx

Martina & Geku: Mayfair Library Wedding

Martina and Geku's day was a wonderful, intimate one: a small wedding with 15 guests, set in the heart of London at Mayfair Library. It was a day filled with beautiful details and a vibrant colour scheme - a true joy to photograph!

After leaving the library under a sprinkling of dried jasmine flowers, Martina changed into a stunning red saree and the guests enjoyed a walk in the sunshine through Mount Street Gardens before arriving at Benares the restaurant for the wedding breakfast.

The small number of guests gave their wedding the friendliest, most loving atmosphere and it was a true honour to be there to capture it. Thank you Martina & Geku!

"Cat and Graham are an amazing photography duo and they captured the memorable moments of our special day very well, without ever being intrusive. We can't be more happy with the pictures we received and would throughly recommend them to any future happy couples." - Geku & Martina

Styled Shoot: Charlie & Harvey at Chicheley Hall

As promised, here is a look at the finished photos from our styled shoot earlier this year.. I've been so excited to share these! If you missed it, click HERE to see this shoot published on the cover of Your Herts & Beds Wedding magazine.

On a sunny day at the beginning of April, a whole lot of Bedford-based wedding vendors joined forces at Chicheley Hall to work on a styled shoot, co-ordinated by wedding planner TJ of Weddings Rock My World. It was an enormous amount of fun and I feel so inspired to get out there and do more styled shoots. What a fantastic way to network with local vendors!

There are too many finished photos to share but below I've posted my absolute favourites.. I hope you like them! A big thank you to everybody involved in the creation of these pictures - your hard work is greatly appreciated and I really hope our paths cross again very soon in the future :-)

Featured: Your Herts & Beds Wedding Magazine Cover!

On the first day of April, I had the honour working with lots of talented local vendors on my first styled wedding shoot! Organised by talented wedding planner TJ of Weddings Rock My World, it was an incredibly fun day despite the baking heat!

We were all so pleased with the result that we decided the best thing to do was to submit the photos for publication, and to our delight the fantastic Your Herts & Beds Wedding Magazine wanted to use one of the photos for the cover and to do a write up of the shoot in their Brides' Bulletin. We are so thrilled - thank you guys!

There are still lots more photos to publish from the shoot, so keep your eyes peeled for future blog posts in which the rest shall be revealed!

And last but not least, I want to say the biggest thank you to everybody involved. If you're looking for wedding suppliers in the Bedfordshire area, don't hesitate to check these guys out immediately!

Featured: Local Bedford Press

I'm so pleased to say that over the last few months we've had the pleasure of being featured in not one, but two publications based in our hometown of Bedford: The Bedford Clanger and Community Life Magazine!

Back in April, we were featured in the Bedford Clanger's shopping page, in a special wedding vendor edition alongside talented people such as jeweller Arabel Lebrusan and wedding dress designer Samantha Roach. With many thanks to the Bedford Network ladies who wrote the article, and the Clanger for featuring us!

June brought our latest publication in the form of an article I wrote for Community Life magazine, based on getting the most out of your wedding photography, alongside my favourite wedding planner, TJ of Weddings Rock My World. I'll do my best to get my article written up on this blog soon just in case anybody fancies reading it!

And that's all for now! We've got a very exciting publication coming out soon which I am dying to share.. so keep your eyes peeled :-)
