Hi Cat,
My goodness, thank you SO much! We treated ourselves to having a look through over the weekend and as soon as I glimpsed the cover image before we'd even entered the gallery, I had a big beaming smile across my face :) We absolutely love them.
It was an absolute delight having you there on the day – thank you so very much for coming. I think it's fair to say you tangibly increased our enjoyment of the day – you are of course a wonderful person to have around, but you also facilitated so many 'quality time' moments of happiness and laughing, which became our overall memory from the day: Ben said afterwards he thinks we spent 95% of the day smiling or laughing! And the gardens shoot was memorable to say the least!!
Thank you so much again for everything on the day and for these. And we will certainly leave you a Google review – it just might take a little while for us to find enough words to do you justice!!
Lots of love,
Olivia and Ben xx

FAQ
-
Absolutely! When you enquire I’ll pop you a link where you can book in a Zoom or Facetime call with me.
My consultation calls are no obligation and provide a fab opportunity for us to meet each other and chat all about your plans. I’ll talk you through how I’d approach your wedding and answer any questions you have!
-
If you feel I’m the right fit for your wedding day, the booking process is quick and easy and just involves a £400 booking fee and the signing of a standard wedding photography contract. Once these are sorted your date is secured in my calendar and you can officially tick “wedding photographer” off of your planning list!
A month before your wedding day I’ll email you with your final invoice and a questionnaire to fill out so I’m all clued up on your day.
-
It depends on a few factors:
Morning preparations
If you are keen to have both of your mornings photographed and you are in different locations, you’ll need a second photographer. If you are both getting ready at the same location (eg. different rooms in the same hotel), I can shoot key moments from both mornings on my own but it won’t be as thorough as having two photographers.
Guest numbers
I suggest considering a second photographer if you are having over 75 guests, and strongly recommend one if you are having over 100 guests. Two photographers ensures more thorough coverage, particularly when it comes to candid moments during your drinks reception and speeches.
Ceremony space restrictions
Second photographers are particularly good for church weddings as depending on the layout of the church, I may not be able to move around to get alternate angles. A second shooter would ensure you have your ceremony captured from both the front and the back.
You just want to have one!
Honestly, if you just want another photographer because it feels right then let’s go for it!
-
Yes, absolutely. I shoot on two camera bodies as standard with multiple lenses in my bag and enough batteries to shoot three weddings!
I take the safety of your photos very seriously. Each of my cameras records to two memory cards simultaneously to ensure your photos are safe, and your photos are backed up in three different places as soon as I get home (including off-site backup). I also keep a copy on the memory cards until they are delivered also.
Your photos are delivered via a password-protected gallery and I recommend downloading and backing them up in multiple places when you receive them to keep them safe for years to come.
-
On average, for a full day wedding with one photographer I deliver around 550 photos, and for two photographers, 750. But I don’t edit with a set number in mind - I deliver to you everything you will want to see from the day, with duplicates/test shots etc removed. So depending on your number of guests, how long we are there, how nuts you go with decorations, it can be higher!
-
Yes. Every single piece of equipment I use is fully insured by industry specialists Aaduki, and I am also covered by £2 million of public liability insurance.
-
If you opt for a full day package, I usually suggest that I arrive around 2 hours before the ceremony, and leave about 30 minutes to an hour after the first dance. This enables me to capture a complete story of your day, but leave you and your guests to let your hair down and dance all evening!
-
I’ll travel wherever I am needed! To keep things simple, my full day package price covers travel and accommodation within the mainland UK.
Outside of the UK, my work has taken me to Italy, France, Cyprus and Switzerland so far but in a post Brexit world the legalities of shooting abroad have become complicated. If you are interested in booking me for your wedding outside the UK, let me know an outline of your plans and I’ll let you know if I can do it!
-
I am proud to offer our couples wedding albums by Folio as an optional add on to all wedding packages, handmade in the UK to an exquisite standard in a variety of sizes and cover options. I work closely with you to ensure your album is exactly to your liking, and include three sets of revisions to your layout as standard to ensure you are completely happy. Want to know more? Just drop me an email and I'll send you everything you need to know.
-
Whatever you'd like to do, providing it's for personal use! Your photographs are delivered in stunning high-resolution (no watermarks here!) and arrive accompanied by a print licence allowing personal use. So whether you'd like to create thank you cards with your wedding images, email photos to family & friends, make your own album or simply put them on Instagram, you have the freedom to make the most of your wedding photographs.
-
Your own print licence does not include commercial use, so if your wedding suppliers would like to use your wedding images on their social media, websites or promotional material I ask that you put them in touch with me via email so I can help them out directly. I love meeting other wedding professionals and am always happy to help.
-
Over the past decade I have found that a happy medium of 20-25 weddings a year is perfect for me. I put my all into my weddings and editing process and would never rush anything just to get it done, so I am strict about keeping to this number to ensure my lovely couples are looked after! As a result, if you think I might be a good fit for your day, I recommend enquiring ASAP to secure your date.
