HELLO, I’M CAT.
photographer / cat lady / crossword puzzle enthusiast
I live in the beautiful city of Norwich with my partner James and our little cat Panko, but having built my career in Bedfordshire, I’m often out and about photographing weddings across Beds, Herts and Cambridge at all the lovely venues I’ve come to know and love over that time!
Weddings have always felt like home to me and there’s nothing like that moment when I come back from the winter break and shoot my first wedding of the season.
I’ve been a photographer since I was a teenager and have had the joy and privilege of photographing over 400 weddings. I’ve shot in every kind of weather and venue, shot weddings of all shapes and sizes and I can’t imagine ever doing anything else.
When I’m not behind the camera you’ll find me lost in a board game, playing video games (recent obsessions have included Pokopia + the Blue Prince), or hunting down mid-century furniture or antique star charts for our home.
My love for wedding flowers has turned me into a newly keen gardener and most Sundays I’m outside pruning, mowing and checking up on my greenhouse.
I’m a devotee of the New York Times crossword and I’ll never say no to a cosy evening watching Star Trek whilst I catch up with my cross stitch projects.
As long as my hands are busy I’m happy!
It’s never lost on me how much of a privilege it is to photograph a wedding day. From big moments to little details, morning preparations to busy dance floors, I love working in an unobtrusive way to capture your day just the way you remember it.
