I've shot at the Woburn Sculpture Gallery quite a bit as a second shooter, but never as the "boss" so I was particularly excited for Claire & Matt's big day. It's a stunning venue and the floor-to-ceiling windows make it a photographers dream with lots of beautiful natural light everywhere!
Claire and her girls got ready in one of the Woburn Hotel cottages, which made for a lovely morning together buzzing with excitement. I was so thrilled to turn up to find two of my favourite ladies working their hair and makeup magic: Ali Kynoch & Kate Atalay.
The Sculpture Gallery made for the perfect venue, it has such a big wow factor and it matched Claire's classic, elegant bridal style in such a wonderful way. Claire looked amazing in her Sophia Tolli dress, and she carried a bouquet of pink and white roses and gypsophila.
I just loved the way that Matt looked at Claire as her brother walked her down the aisle, and he looked at her with those same eyes all day, with so much love behind them.
After leaving their ceremony under giant confetti cannons, their guests headed out for drinks and canapés on the patio whilst we disappeared for a drive around the Woburn estate for photographs. No matter how many times I visit, I am always staggered by the beauty of the place with its rolling fields and herds of deer. It's gorgeous!
Thank you Claire & Matt for asking me to capture your beautiful day <3
"Thank you so much for photographing us on our wedding day. You did an amazing job and we can't thank you enough! You were both excellent to work with and nothing was too much trouble for you when asked and we will definitely be recommending you to others in the future.
Thank you for providing us with a lot more photos than we expected! We really are so grateful. I'm not sure how we will be able to narrow down the ones we want to frame!" - Claire & Matt
